SEREMBAN,malaysia: A 10-month-old baby boy has died, two days after receiving treatment at a clinic for burns on his hands.
G. Magendran had crawled out of his house in Kampung Atap, Mantin, on hearing his father P. Ganesan, 26, returning home on his motorcycle on Sunday afternoon.
As Ganesan was parking the bike, Magendran was believed to have touched the exhaust pipe while attempting to stand up.
A post-mortem was conducted on the boy last night and the result is expected to be released soon.
